While The AB Program's strength training portion is structured as a 6-week program, participants do not need to join day one. You can join at any time and still benefit from the program. The strength training portion of the program is specifically designed as a 6-week program to prevent burnout and promote progressive overload to see REAL results.
The AB Program is a weekly split between Pilates and weight training: 3X Pilates, 3X weight training + one rest day (stretch/active recovery). The app also offers HEROBOARD workouts, so if you have a board you can choose that option on the Pilates days!
Yes, once you purchase the program you will have the option to track your macros directly on the app! The app also offers integration with MyFitnessPal, Apple Health, Apple Watch, Oura Ring, and more! In addition, there is also an optional activity tracker (example: steps, outside activities, etc).
I am also available for 1:1 coaching to help with macro/nutritional goals once you sign up for the program.

No, a gym membership is not required. You can do all the strength training workouts from your home - all you need is a set of dumbbells.
However, there is a gym version available as well. You are able to choose either the Mat OR Gym version.
The Pilates videos range from 25-45 minutes always starting with a stretch and ending with a AB Burner!
The AB Method in-person training is $50/session +tax. I offer a discounted 5-pack at $225 for clients with The AB Program app ($45/session).

For the strength training portion, if you are staying at-home all you need is a pair of dumbbells and a bench. For the Pilates flows, I typically use ankle weights, hand weights, ball, and band!
