The AB Program online app is a re-occurring 6-week subscription of $29.99. Less than $5 per week! 


AB in-person training is $50+tax/session currently running out of Move Detroit in Royal Oak, MI. 


A gym membership is not required. There is a fully at-home OR gym version available to choose from.


The all equipment used is linked in my ShopMy (first page of website).


AB Strength at-home: mat, dumbbells, bench 

AB Pilates: hand weights, ankle weights, band, ball 


3X Strength, 3X Pilates, one rest day


While The AB Program's strength training portion is structured as a 6-week program, participants do not need to join day one. You can join at any time and still benefit from the program. The strength training portion of the program is specifically designed as a 6-week program to prevent burnout and promote progressive overload to see REAL and LASTING results. 


Yes, you can cancel the app anytime! Just message me directly thru the 1:1 coaching option in the app 


The Pilates videos range from 30-45 minutes - always starting with a stretch and ending with a AB Burner! 


The AB Strength days are demo'd with a video and the entire workout is listed out. The strength training portion is timed out for ~45min - 1 hour, however, everyone's timing may differ due to different rest times based on endurance and fitness level. 


The AB Method in-person training is $50/session +tax/session. Not included in The AB Program app purchase.
