I am a certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer with a deep-rooted passion for health and fitness. My journey began through my lifelong dedication to ice hockey, a sport that shaped my discipline and drive. After my hockey career ended, I found difficult to find a new workout routine that I enjoyed. A few years ago, I discovered my love for pilates and became obsessed with the slow and controlled movements that allowed me to see results without pushing my body to the limit like I was use to. Shortly after, I started weight training again and fell back in love with the gym. The pilates/strength training split completely transformed my mind and body. I am so grateful I am able to share this method that inspired The AB Program with others on their fitness journeys.
