About Me

HI, I'M ALLI

I am a Certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer with a foundation rooted in elite athletics. My passion for health and fitness was formed through my many years playing Ice Hockey and continuing my travel hockey career into college.  After my hockey career ended, I found difficult to find a good routine that fulfilled and fueled me the way ice hockey and being part of a team had done for me in the past. 


After hockey ended, I discovered my love for pilates and became obsessed with the slow and controlled movements that allowed me to see results without pushing my body to the limit.  Shortly after, I started weight training again and fell back in love with the gym. The pilates/strength training split completely transformed my mind and body. Then, The AB Method was formed. A combination of strength and pilates movements. 


I am so grateful I am able to share this workout split and method that inspired The AB Program with others on their fitness journeys.
